Overview

Bravery Infotech engineers are having vast experience in integrating Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online software with custom CRM systems through Quickbooks API. We have implemented both manual and automated invoicing and reconciliation of payments against invoices, Also created various wrapper to easily consumed the business endpoints of Quickbooks to get the Account Balance, Open Invoices, Invoice history, Paid Invoices, UnPaid Invoices and Payment History.

Business Requirements

• Customer’s business requirements was their CRM system had all the key options to do their business and their AR and AP team were using Quickbooks.
• CRM and Quickbooks are not integrated to share the business details, everything was manual and it was bit expensive and time consuming
• These two system needs to be integrated and AR and AP should be fully automated with the CRM system

Solution Implementation

To fulfill the business requirements we built the service which is having the wrapper for Quickbooks and it can handle the payload from the CRM system. This Service is designed to be reusable and scalable, handle maximum load on automated Invoice generation and accept payments. Also created Background application that will interact with the CRM system and Quickbooks wrapper to Create the Invoice, and reconcile the received payments against Invoices.
